Oh, awesome. Thank you so much for having me on your show. Thank you.

Reem Kharbat 1:44

Thank you. Thank you so much. I'm super excited. So please just take it easy on me, you know.

In this launching episode, I would like to ask you one question, which is what do you think is The number one secret to creating a 10 x life, the one thing that every entrepreneur can implement immediately to 10 x his business.

Elena Cardone 2:12

I would say to 10 x your life into 10 x your business, you've got to start thinking in terms of scale. How do you go bigger? It's just as much work to work on one deal as it is 10. So I would start thinking on how you can scale and go bigger, does that mean you have to hire people? The the questions that you're going to ask yourself are different. You know, certainly your life would change if you went from making 1 million to 10 million. If you're making 10 million to 100 million. Maybe you're no longer making the calls. Maybe now you have a sales force of 50. So how can you start thinking in terms of how do you pass on certain roles so that you can do more and how Other people start doing more activities that you don't need to be doing, but need to be focusing in other areas in order to expand and grow. So 10 x is a multiplier. So how do you figure how to multiply? How do you go to that next level? What are the questions that you have to ask yourself? Well, how do you need to educate yourself on what on what do you need to know to get you to that next level?

Reem Kharbat 3:25

How did you figure that out? Like, I mean, when you started out the whole building the Empire, and, you know, during this journey, how did you figure that out? Like how did you know what to do and how to multiply everything and reach to the concept of the 10 next?

Elena Cardone 3:46

Well, we we in the very beginning when 2008 happened and the economy collapsed, and we were under some financial strains and also lawsuits and just it seemed like one thing After the other, and we were in jeopardy of losing everything at that time. So it was at that time that grant and I looked at our strengths and our weaknesses, and decided to instead of fighting each other to be the boss, which is what we have been doing in our relationship for the first four or five years, I didn't really know that's what I was doing until now I look back at it. But we were constantly fighting each other because we didn't have a bigger game. So we were battling each other to Oh, you can't control me on this on that I'm going to do this or I'm going to be the boss here there. So we did a lot of first four years of not really accelerating in the marketplace because we had this internal friction going on. But unfortunately, but fortunately, when all of the bad stuff happened, then we had to either I mean, it was so stressful. We were either going to break up at that time because we're so stressed out. We were either We couldn't be together more, we needed to come together and fortify and we came together and fortify, side by side. Okay, so I'm going to do this, this this, I mean anything down to the littlest detail, if it meant I had to cook a meal so that he could continue working on his computer. For the business of the company that I was willing to do that I was willing to do anything and everything for us as a team, based on our strengths and weaknesses and what we could achieve together. When he had to bail out on me for a work occasion, I made that okay for him, I went and divided and conquered and, and took care of other business or handled everything. So there was no upset that he wasn't there. So we really worked as a team and then for the next four years, that's when we really started to see a big chunk in a movement on our acceleration into the next sort of stratosphere because I We had bigger games now we had games. We've got to survive this. We want to overcome this. We want to build this empire that seems unattainable. How do you do that you have to get known in the marketplace, if they don't know you, they're not going to do business with you. So we had to do everything we could to keep getting ourselves out there our message or this or that, that became more important than us fighting each other. So opportunity we had to get on social media to promote, to promote, to promote, to get out there, then that opened up the door for us to get more business because it's not best known. It's not It's not the best product wins. It's the best known product that wins. And great, great analogy of this when he says look at Coca Cola. I mean, arguably not arguably, I that has got to be a terrible trash product. Of all the chemicals. It's in it and whatnot here, but When all the time over maybe this brand of BC, branched chain amino acids that I'm drinking, that's actually good for you. Because a lot of people haven't even heard of what BCAA is. So you understand, it's not the best. So true. It's the best known product. So that's how we started to, over time develop this whole thing that we now have looking back saying, This is what we did. Now we can say what it is to do for other people. And that's, that's the little key that kicked us into the next level. And when you're not fighting each other, all of a sudden, your space becomes more open instead of looking in all the time and it's awesome. This internal matters, our attention went outwards, and how do we get to play on the big leagues of the world? And what are they doing? What are corporations doing? And we started studying corporations and an apple and Coca Cola and big corporations. So we no longer looked at individual people that maybe were little millionaires. Not Not that that's to say bad about little millionaires, but they think differently than corporations. Yeah. So we started to look at what they're doing and then started to emulate that.
